City & County Liaison
Liaison role
Purpose
Serve as a connection between Lake Cherokee residents and local government agencies, helping share information, foster dialogue, and keep residents informed about issues and initiatives that may impact the neighborhood.
What this looks like
- Attending city and county meetings, workshops, and public forums
- Monitoring local government initiatives and projects affecting Lake Cherokee
- Sharing relevant updates and resources with residents
- Building relationships with elected officials, government staff, and community partners
- Facilitating communication between residents and local government representatives
- Providing updates to the LCNA Board and residents
